I loved the product but I do not know if by the vibration of the car, or I do not know what happened the charge port took off, I realized that stop working and remove the mirror to check it and saw that the charge port was broken, now I do not have mirror because I can not repair it

I have to apologize for the comments on this product because it started to fail and I think it is due to a malfunction. But now it has fully recovered, the problem is that my car's electrical system is in poor contact. I repeat, this device is perfectly fine.

The instruction manual is as useful as a chocolate fire guard but the product itself seems to be well made I have found it simple to set up without the pidgin English manual just keep going through all the settings in all the menus till its setup to how you want it. the picture from the dash cam is excellent. especially compared to the one I had previously which has just had a head on smash with a brick wall that will teach it to keep freezing and poor picture quality good job it was a cheapy. Sadly this seems to be set for left hand drives as the camera is on the left of the mirror which means the angle set of the interior mirror is impossible to set for rear view to the back and set for the camera forward so one has to do with one or the other but not both. I have yet to see if it will capture a number plate as I set it up on the garden which does display a really good picture. The sat nav seems plausible but there is another trial for another day will let you know. The speaking clock on the main screen is very heavily Chinese accented ant the time is described as 1&2 hours and 5 &0 minutes actually 12.50 so won't be using that. The sound from the whole item starts very very low before reaching the level you have set it at so with the engine going and driving concentration you miss the first two words of the instruction not good when it says turn right!!! Sorry I missed that what did it say. know what I mean few missed turns ahead. Don't know if it's a fault with this one or not but its something I've encountered. Maybe faulty have to see. Not tried rear view cam yet another let you know. Once the gps locked on after a few minutes it seem good at holding a signal but it's hit and miss with any gps it depends where you are. Not really interested in the Bluetooth radio set up even to put the directions through the speakers it's just more hassle than it's worth. But that's individual taste. It's a lot bigger than I had imagined it even though the specs were printed on Tomtop and the 5 inch display is amazing. Overall I do like this item I'm dropping one star because of the manual and the volume problem but would say buy if this is what you want it is good I will be giving it a trial run for a few days to see if all is ok if not back it goes let you know! Pity Tomtop screwed up couldn't deliver the 32gb tf card same day even though it was a prime delivery now say two or three days sorry it's cancelled shop elsewhere. That's the first screw up I've ever had from Tomtop and I can't use my dash cam without the card because there's no MEMORY!!!!!!!
