How many amps does it use? do i need a relay for this, or can i just hard wire it?

does it sound like the classic ww2 air raid siren ?

  • Sort of. More like a tornado siren. It winds up quickly though. On a 12 volt batterie it is loud, 6 volt it is a little slower wind up, not as loud, but has more of a. WWll air rade sound. I use mine on my old yamaha..

  • Sounds more like a high pitched ambulance siren. Not as deep of tone as a firetruck siren.

Does anyone know how to increase the wind down on this product? (Model 2 Siren)

  • you have to build a cover and mount in front of it. I had one and revised the mounting an put it on backward to cut the air flow.
