I bought this as a birthday present for my daughter - she opened it today and we were very disappointed. The bottom portion of the stand is fairly "beefy" and is stable but rivet connections are wobbly and it feels very cheap. The top, plastic part arrived with a crack (not totally visible form the front, but you can see it on the back side), this may have been due to shipping but the plastic quality is also very cheap feeling and seems brittle based on the crack. This may have earned more stars at a lower price point, and I would have considered exchanging it because of the damage, but for $45 it is definitely not worth it so I will be returning it.
