I'm using this unit to power a pedal board for guitar. It works on my boss & mooer style pedals as well as a Fulltone OCD, but the DC plug size is slightly too big for a digitech unit I have (EX-7). I don't notice any additional noise introduced by using this unit over the regular dc power supplies I used before, but this is much easier to manage as far as wall power outlets. I've always used power supplies because the 9v batteries can be unreliable at times so this was exactly what I was looking for and I'm looking forward to adding a few more pedals to my board now that I have the space and won't need to daisy chain surge protectors anymore.

This product has great build quality and is top notch for what I need it for. The aluminum housing holds up well to mild wear and tear and still doesn't fail to impress me. It has a low noise floor and a stabilized voltage power supply. It's a lightweight power supply with one input power jack and 10 isolated output jacks. One through eight can provide power to eight 9V guitar effects pedals, then you have nine being a 12V output and ten being a 18V output be there for more hungry heavy equipment and it can handle all of it without losing any signal intensity. I like the protection against power shorts and overloads. The maximum current of No.1 to No.7 output jacks is 100mA for powering regular/normal guitar pedals. The maximum current of No.8 output jack is 500mA for powering digital guitar pedal. Over all, it's a fantastic deal for a ten output power supply for a guitarist or bassist. - Cameron G.
