How does this pedal sound with electric bass?

  • Hello. Sorry but I have only heard it with electric guitar and it reproduces a really nice acoustic sound. But I have not heard it with bass. So I have no idea.

Has anyone tried this with distortion to get that white stripes sound?

  • I wasn't going for a White Stripes sound, but I did try it with distortion just to see what I could get. While I highly recommend this pedal for its acoustic sounds, it's really not going to do anything for you if you distort it. It just adds a lot of low end to your normal distorted tone, with very little change otherwise.
