A Sorry,there is not a magnetic knife holder,thanks.
A You don't need to rotate the knife, you only need to rotate the shaft. For details, please refer to the instruction manual. Thank you.

Unless you broke them or something. The stones are fine do not listen to the amateurs here that say the stones are not flat because they are. They are just mounting them in the holder and then over tightning the holder and making the stone bow or curve with the pressure. Just gently tighten the holder mount for the stone and the stones will be fine. As for them wearing the stones out quickly I really don't think there is such a thing as these stones will last just like any other stones even the ones made by edge pro. The edge pro stones only difference is the base for the stones is made of aluminum and is stiffer than the plastic mounts these stones come on. The stones themselves are the same... you can get a whole set for a mere 15 bucks shipped. Yes, but I can't recommend this product. It is poorly constructed, and the stones are useless.

Regarding the stones that come with the tool, make sure no to over-tie the stone when attaching them to the handle. To enlarge the life of the stone You can also wet them prior usage and brash them well after each use. Also the dullest the knife the lowest the grade of stone to use. Don't overuse the fine stone or they will loose its sharpening capacity very fast. Hope this help. see less

Yes. Works like a charm on all knives. Actually I think it works easier on larger knives. Utube has many demos

You must make sure to hold it in place. But not overly tight.

In addition to the written instructions, there are several Youtube videos on this sharpening procedure. Undoubtedly, the user will improve with practice. (I also supplemented with some Edge Pro stones. The stones provided in the set I got were OK. I did scratch/engrave the grit on the plastic base of each stone as the grit is stamped on the face of the stone and is removed with use. Torque the plastic base carefully as you can break them by over-torquing. Edge Pro stones have a metal base. Additional metal bases are available for polishing as well.) see less

Yes, indeed. It has color coded markings, and the kit comes with an excellent manual.

I think so. I had good luck with the suction cups on mine. Wipe the counter and make sure the suction cups are clean, dry and dust free. Same with the counter.

I don't know anything about tools, but this tool definitely makes me a professional. It is easy to use and you don't have to spend much time on each stone. First I used 180 and used 10 to 15 passes on each side of the knife, then I finished the first stone pass with 400 games. I often wet the stone with hot water, but I don't do it anymore because I broke 400 stones. When I put it on my arm or if the hot water has something to do with it, I'm not sure if too much pressure is applied. From now on, I will only use warm water or vegetable oil. For the price, it is a very good product!
