I made an mistake of my order. I ordered a 110V nail dryer for a careless, oh, i am sorry worried about it after 4 hours making my orders. I always buy things at tomtop and know they ship orders very fast. I contact them once i realize my mistake. Then Lisa help me check my order. It has already shipped with tracking number! I am lucky that although it's shipped by the post office hadn't take it away. The order is still at the warehouse of tomtop. Lisa asked her colleague to found my parcel in so many many parcels and changed my product! I am moved by their patient and 5 stars customer service. Tomtop is best!
