My favorite frying pan. We have other very expensive cookware but I go to this more often than not as it requires very little or no oil and clean up is a snap. Have used it for several months and love it! Highly recommend this pan if you like to cook with as little fat as possible. Nothing sticks.

Dumped all our Teflon stuff. Had not realized how toxic that chemical can be. You should do some online study to track that extremely dangerous material. These Greenpan products are very high quality. The ceramic coating absolutely refuses to have stuff stick (if appropriately pre-greased and not over-heated). Pans are well-made with sturdily attached handles, but I think the pan material could be a bit thicker.

I got this for my wife to make eggs. We normally use cast iron but they are heavy and invariably contribute black flecks to the eggs which is unappealing. This pan foxes that problem. Another advantage is the steel handle can go in the broiler to brown the eggs on top. Cleaning is easy, just spray with a bit of soap and clean with a brush.

These are the BEST pans to cook a single egg or child-sized meal in. Super nonstick . I’ll keep buying them because at the low price they are hard to beat and super useful. The only downside is that you can wind up feeling like a short order chef in the Smurf’s city when you have 4 of these going on the stove at once.

I ordered this Pan, based on the fact that it doesn't have or give off any VOC's or other dangerous chemicals. Have had it and used it quite often, almost everyday, over the past month. It works great, and cleans up nicely. I hand wash it as that is what the packaging said to do, instead of putting it in the dish washer. So after more use, I will see how the pan holds up over time.

I love this pan. Easy to clean, cooks evenly, definitely non stick. I have cooked eggs, beef, chicken, apples, and grilled cheese sandwiches. I use olive oil, grapeseed oil, and ghee. Some reviews state the non-stick quits working or comes off. No problem with that so far. I replaced an older pan that was not ceramic. and had the old-style non-stick surface. It was a good pan but I wanted a healthier alternative. This cost of this pan is economical and it works. If I have any problems, I will update.

Well made and easy to clean.. nothing sticks. These pans have replaced their expensive equivalents in my kitchen, both stainless steel and cast iron.. they’ve also helped me cut way down on the use of cooking oils. Best for scrambled eggs and omelettes that slide right on the plate.

Well made and easy to clean.. nothing sticks. These pans have replaced their expensive equivalents in my kitchen, both stainless steel and cast iron.. they’ve also helped me cut way down on the use of cooking oils. Best for scrambled eggs and omelettes that slide right on the plate.

Pleased with my Pans after a couple uses. Made scrambled eggs and a cheesteak so far. For the eggs, I literally dropped slices of cooper sharp in the pan after the eggs were cooked...It melted beautifully and i poured it over the eggs and folded it in. Wiped the pan clean with a kitchen towel, then, when it cooled, washed in warm soapy water.It says dishwasher safe and metal utensil safe. It also says your pan will last longer if you don't do these things, so....I'm going to try not to do these things!

Is it possible for a pan to make the food taste and even smell better? I sautéed some chopped up green pepper and it actually smelled good! I added beaten eggs which I have done dozens of times before. This time breakfast tasted different - better!Also, the pan is lighter than any that I have. I thought that would have an adverse effect on the cooking but it didn't. It's also less expensive than any pan that I have. If I have to replace this every few years to have the food just slide right out, it's worth it.

I have 2 sizes of this pan now. The technology is amazing. The coating doesn't get gummy. The weight is just right. The handle is extremely ergonomic. It browns beautifully. It is the easiest cleanup you could imagine. I can't recommend anything more highly than this. Great job

This pan performs beautifully. Food cooks and slides out and never needs hard scrubbing. The instructions tell you not to put in dishwasher (which you shouldn't have to anyway ) and not to use metal implements like spatulas. If you follow those simple rules, this pan will become your favorite. I have the big size and already bought the 8 inch to cook omelets.
