This is a higher quality paring knife than I’m used to—a bit heavier, too—sharp, gorgeous, seems durable. My only gripe is I’ve got sort of small hands, and it’s hard to maneuver the way my old knife does for small tasks like dehulling strawberries, etc. I just use it a bit differently from other paring knives.

Extreme quality, great packaging in beautiful display box. I got interested in this style knife from an ad for a more expensive one. I got it today and it is impressive and in league with much more expensive knives. German steel says it all. Get this immediately if you are interested in cooking.

It’s a really nice knife, especially the price,I have the Osprey 7” Chinese veggie clever from Tuo. I actually prefer it, but I do cut more fruit and veggies than I do meat.Buy it, it’s cheap, comes in an elegant box like it’s a hundred dollars. Easy to clean, sharpen, use and holds an edge.

I like the overall balance and feel of this knife. At first take one might consider the scales to be on the smallish side, but I have fairly large paws and I find it comfortable and stable. The knife arrived with a very keen edge and has held up pretty well so far. Time will tell, but I think it's a great addition in my kitchen.

My husband had wanted one of these since he saw this knife being used one of his favorite cooking shows. The wider more uniform shaped blade is perfect for scraping up your diced items and putting them into a bowl or pot. The knife is as sharp as a regular chef's knife, but has a better shape for cutting vegetables, garlic, etc. I think it is called a vegetable cleaver, but it does the fine dicing work of a chef's knife. Highly recommend it for the serious home chefs!It also came is a really nice looking box with polishing cloth. Great gift idea!

I love this knife. It's been great to have in the kitchen. I use it (mostly) on fruit, cheese, and small breads (rolls, etc.). It's the kind of knife that you don't know you need until you have it. I was happy to spend the money on this one and I will happily recommend it to my friends!

My friend who is a chef recommended this knife to me since I am pretty consistent home cook. And I will say the knife was a little weird to use at first since I had never used a knife like this in the past. But, to be perfectly honest, it has become my favorite knife. I do have larger hands for a woman so this is a knife that I feel moves well with me. I use it on wood and Polyethylene cutting boards, and really can’t say enough good things about this knife and it’s quality. For the price it really is a great value.

These knives are fantastic, Sharpest knife I have ever seen. There is no issue with the rivets. I would criticize the sharpness of the finger guard but that can be fixed for 10 bucks. Maybe the quality is inconsistent I don't know as I have only bought one, but if I bought 4 of these and 3 were defective I would still be getting a great bargain. The presentation case is beautiful and these would make great gifts, they look like a 200 dollar knife easy.
