Am not real good about flossing. In fact, I hate the chore, but, I fully appreciate the benefits from flossing. Well, this model works remarkably well. I haven't had it that long but my dentist has already commented about the improvement. I have no complaints as to the effectiveness of this little machine. IT IS a plug in unit so no using it in the shower. Recommendations?--- There IS a learning curve for those who (like me) have never used one. The wand has a thumb control shut off -be sure to use it---or...well, you'll find out. Don't swallow. Stand over the sink for sure. One other thing I guess: I use filtered water that has been warmed to tepid and then put into the units reservoir. I personally like the addition of about a quarter cup of Listerine to the water. I hope this helps.

The only regret I have is not buying this sooner! I guess I underestimated the value of a water flosser because I've been using regular floss for ages, but since getting a permanent retainer put in, it's been a huge ordeal trying to floss thoroughly. To be honest you begin to cut corners with time and location because of it, but this flosser was the answer! There are a bunch of different connections and brushes that it comes with. The power of the jet is also really good, think of it like pressure washing your teeth and gums. The water tank is a little small, but the trade off is a smaller footprint on your counter space. You can definitely get a good floss on one tank but I typically use two. There is really no easy way to use this and not splash a little water, but the clean you see and feel is addictive. This was a great buy for the price compared to the other big names out there. I am truly a customer and user for life now. Get it and see for yourself, Cheers!

After a recent change, my new dentist suggested a water flosser for me, since I am historically an inconsistent flosser with string floss. This thing is a revelation and I wish my old dentist had told me about this type of flosser years ago. Aesthetically, it has a fairly small footprint, more tall than wide, which is nice because I have very limited space on my bathroom counter, and all of the attachments are stored in the lid, which is very convenient and space-saving. The motor is noisy, I guess, but it is a motor, so... I only use it for 2-3 minutes a day, so I don't consider that an issue or something I'm worried about, to be honest. Functionally, it has an adjustable speed dial, so you can adjust the speed of the water jet to your comfort level quite easily - I started off at the lowest level and have worked my way to medium speed - and a 20 oz. reservoir tank. I fill it up all the way, and use the entire tank in one session, which is about 2 minutes. I actually feel like it cleans between my teeth much better than string floss, it's really helped me to get into a good, solid dental routine, and I can see a noticeable difference in my gums, which look much healthier than they did before. You can buy a more expensive model or brand, but why? This Homgeek flosser has been a great value for the money and I couldn't be happier with it.

I brought this to replace my water pik which died after a few years. Took a chance with a different brand and I'm so glad I did! There is pressure adjustment that my water pik did not have, and many different tips are included. I am using the plaque tip, they even have a toothbrush tip and a tip for putting medication into a gum area if need be. It's a little big for travel but that would not stop me from traveling with it. I love how clean my mouth feels after wards, I wouldn't be without it! Try it, you'll be pleasantly surprised!

I have had great luck with Homgeek! I took a chance not knowing anything about the product, and I’m glad I did. Great product for a great price. I love that I can control the pulse and I like the on/off switch on the handle. Very handy! It comes with several different heads and I love that they are color coded for different users. I especially like the tongue attachment. It holds PLENTY of water (600 ml) and I love that feature. I have had other brands of water flossers in the past-and the Turewell, in my opinion is absolutely comparable, if not better! Not convenient for travel, but I knew that buying it-and I have one for travel. I wanted a nice unit for my bathroom counter and I got it!

This water flosser has worked much better for me than expected! I use it to dislodge any food particles that normal floss won't get. I had kind of a nasty abscess between two molars caused by stuck food; neither tookpicks nor floss would get it out. This irrigator blasted it (along with a lot of blood) right out, and I was back to normal in two days. I've kept it in my nighttime routine, water flossing and then string flossing. On my next dental checkup they gave my teeth 6 out of 5 stars, my hygienist did just a minimum of cleaning.

This water irrigation machine is simply awesome. It is absolutely unreal just how much debris comes out from one's mouth, even after thoroughly brushing and flossing. Its amazing and scary. If I had started to use a water piq years ago, I likely would not be facing many (if not all) of the dental problems I have now. I HIGHLY recommend this. You will not regret it. This model in particular is very nice. It has a lot of great attachments which each work beyond anything I expected. This piq has an awesome pressure dial that takes you from easy listening to Metallica's Enter Sandman in seconds flat. But please be careful and work your way into the higher water pressure. This thing is very powerful. It takes time to get user to high water pressure in the gums and teeth. For the first week or so my gums did feel a little sore. If you start soft and are careful yet persistent, you will be amazed at the results. Sometimes one nibbles on something between meals, brushes, flosses and moves on, not realizing that even just a few nibbles are sufficient to fill the gums and teeth with large amounts of debris that ends up rotting in our mouths. Once I gained this awareness I wondered how I managed all of these years without suffering greater decay. 😁

My mom has the big brand, and this one is comparable in power, convenience, and accessories. But half the price! Leaves my teeth feeling clean like I just left the dentist, and so much easier than floss. I have to buy the plastic floss-aids so I can bite down on them and force the floss between my teeth (I probably should have had braces as a kid). I always end up bleeding, so I didn’t floss often. With a water flosser, I can floss every day, it’s super easy, and I don’t have to bleed to do it. My teeth feel so much cleaner!

I thought I would use this for a while before I wrote a review. I have had experience with the more expensive "Water Pic" type devices so I am not new to this type of product. Over all I like the product and it worked well. It has a small footprint on the counter, and it is small enough that it could be put away each day if you wanted. The controls were easy to use and the unit is quite. Remember to start at the low setting and do not start too high. Don't be surprised if you see some bleeding. If you do turn down the level until your gums get used to the process. I like that this has a control on the handle to turn off the flow so you do not have to turn off the whole machine. The cord goes back and stores easily into the machine and they use magnets to keep the handle in place. Nice touch. It is great for regular use to have healthily gums. Or for when something is stuck in your teeth. Helps with plaque too. My wife also started using this as well!

I am a dental assistant and I bought this because I didn't want to spend a ton of money. It works great. Pressure is amazing. I love the storage part in the top. My bathroom counter is very small so this is perfect. The reservoir gets me through 2 uses. It has never leaked which was my biggest worry. Make sure you turn the knob on to let it "warm up" first or you will have issues getting it too work. You only need like 30 seconds for it to warm up. It is kinda loud but you should only have it on for a few minutes anyway so it dosen't bother me.

When the motor to my old water flosser finally bit the dust I went in search of another. After all, these types of products brought me really good reports from the dentist. Dramatic improvement of my gum health. I initially tried a flosser that was described as capable of140 psi, but it did not appear to work as advertised. I returned that product and replaced it with this one which was described as only being able to achieve 100 psi. Surprise! It worked much better than that. Just goes to show you can't always believe the hype, but you can believe this product will meet your needs, and is a good value to boot.

Much better than my previous one. Dial controls pump speed so jet can be gentle or blast teeth right out of your head. BTW. The payback for these things for me has been around 3 weeks. Dental bills used to be over $1000/year and now are near zip. That means i save price of machine every 3 weeks, not counting pain and time.

Don't waste your time with the big names - this does better than their lowest price item and works as well as the most expensive! Plenty of tips for the whole family plus specialty tips ( peridontal, plaque, orthodontic) a tongue scraper and even a hydrolic tooth brush. A hide away place for storage of the tips and suction cups on the bottom of the unit for your bathroom sink. Truly an exceptional value.

I purchased this for my son who has braces. So far it’s working great. It is gentle enough that it doesn’t disrupt his braces but strong enough that it actually does it’s job when using the braces attachment. It works great on my teeth that don’t have braces as well. I like that it has a big water tank and that you can wait to turn it on so water doesn’t get everywhere. Prior to this we had the waterpik one and this one works just as well or possibly better.

Real solid despite feeling kinda cheap. I haven't had the issues of it being loud like others stated and it sticks to my sink surface well and doesn't move around. Only thing is because it feels cheaper I don't let it run really with the wand turned off. I'll quickly turn the dial off to avoid too much back pressure so it last longer. But it's been 3ish months so far and no issues and great for me and my wife. Would buy again before ever paying double or triple the price...
