Charge time depends on the amp-hour rating of your 18650 battery. The charger is supposed to deliver 5 volts at 700 milliamperes. A 3300 mh/hr 18650 battery should take 3300 / 700 or about 5 hours to charge. A 2200 mh/hr 18650 battery would take 2200 / 700 or a bit over 3 hours to charge.
