    I purchased this item a week ago and used it only today to grate some cheddar and to slice some cooked ham for sandwich spread. I can tell you that this little grinder is the only choice you need for that. It is sturdy, lightweight, with 3 sharp cutting drums.. and most of all, very easy to dismantle, clean up and reassemble

    Well made. A bit smaller than the plastic one I had that broke not long after I bought it, so you have to cut the cheese to fit. Grates a little coarser like small shavings but nice.
