I use this in my 5-man tent, and it has given me the best sleep outdoors. I would recommend adding a mattress, as I have, because the full size pad is a bit too thin (I weigh 180lbs). The springs superior in comfort over the traditional cots. The height allows for storage space as well as keeping a comfortable bed temp. I love this for camping!

I've only had a chance to check out this folding bed. I haven't had it long enough to rate it on long term durability. I can however tell you that it has no problem holding the average "fit" adult. In short term testing, I found that my adult daughter can sit, lay on, and roll over without the legs trying to buckle and with very little wiggling. I have found 2 things with it that I don't really like. Only one of them has warranted the loss of a star though. The other was expected. As I expected, it's a tad smaller than a twin bed, so finding sheets for it is a challenge. The loss of a star is for the set up process. You must completely unfold the frame, including the legs, in order to be able to pull the mattress out of the bottom so it can be placed on top. In limited space, this has been proven a challenge. In a camping situation, it would require set up before being placed in the tent. Over all, this seems to be pretty good craftsmanship. It seems to be stable and can hold an average "healthy" person. I will update this review as the cot gets more use.

Read the other reviews- yes your fingers can get pinched. Kelty totally dropped the ball not sewing some pockets on the flaps that hold it together when collapsed (Phone holder, magazine/iPad holder, flashlight holder, etc). This one addition would have made the cot a grand slam. From a functional perspective, the cot is perfect. I personally wouldn't change a thing. It's heavy at 25 lbs., but I've been using cots for years, and this one takes it for simplistic setup and breakdown. They named it perfectly. Would highly recommend this cot. Update three weeks later: one of the main seams came unstiched after two nights on the cot. Not good.

Larger and heavier than the old "Army" cots but the two top handles make it more easy to move around. The top fabric has a "hallow" or room for your butt which is more comfortable and I didn't find that on any other cots I looked at. Easy to set up and put away. I use it with a Coleman inflatable mattress and it's very comfortable.
