Features:
1. Use SCM port to detect synchronous wave directly, single chip to generate square wave signal measurement and the precise synchronization signal.
2. Use a method similar to LCR digital bridge to detect. After the 90 phase synchronous detection, the capacitance value can be obtained. Measure the capacitance of electrolytic capacitor by dual frequency method, which help to extend the measurement range.
3. To solve nonlinear problems of constant resistance of encouragement, the square wave response of RC series expansion, and series, prior two calculation of Rs and Cs, greatly improving the measurement accuracy of 2uF following high QCBB capacitors.
4. The application of over sampling technique, use the 12 bit AD converter, so just one range can achieve 0.01 to 20 ohm measurement.
5. With automatic constant zero function, zero drift reduction decimal zero, ensure long time stability.
6. To join the temperature drift compensation circuit, which makes the detection circuit structure is close to the bridge circuit, temperature drift is very small.
7. Only one button for ESR and the inductance and power switch.

accuracy: test with 72kH/3kHz signal at the same time, can get two value of capacitance, the accuracy is 2%±10digit（depends on the range and Hz）
Inductance: 0—60uH(72kHz), 0—1200uH(3kHz) accuracy: 2%+2digit, the resolution is 0.01uH
