What does it mean when the humidity says Lo?

A

  • If you breath into the side of the device you will get a humidity reading. I guess Lo means lower than the device can measure. It looks like anything under 20% reads as low.

      When I first recieved the item I was about to retun it as I could not set it to Fahrenheit. Then I discoverd a small hole on the back of the device that when a pin is inserted it switches between temperature scales. It should be noted that this is not mentioned in the instruction that come with the device.

      Shows temperature and humidity correct. I'd like to see unit where clock and temperature are switched - i want biggest digits on clock. Usually the clock is what you look at most.

      Gives a rough guide - I bought 2 of different makes and they both give slightly different readings (and the dehumidifier sometimes gives a different reading too) - so which of the 3 readings is correct I don't know, but they are all roughly the same so it's a double check that my dehumidifier is actually reducing the humidity of the room it's in.
