Would this work for adult coloring books?

  • I do not think so, I bought four different types of these magnifying glasses and found that none of them are strong enough or large enough to be effective, sorry for the bad news. I feel they are a big rip-off!!

what is the size of the base/clamp of the KKmoon magnifying light?

  • The clip is about 2 inches wide. It is designed to clip on something that is not much thicker than an inch. Girlfriend clips it to a TV tray usually.

Does this come with the magnifying glass, the hose, & the clamp?

  • Yes, there's even a switch for a tiny light on there. My clamp broke, thoughn so it turned into a cub scout tool instead of my craft table tool.

      I purchased 2 of these very useful for handy craft such as cross stitch so you ccan see the holes and easier to see trhe needles to thread them too very practiccle with amny uses prompt service fast delivery and the items are being used

      Good glass, clamp ok-ish, could do with being a bit stronger, maybe I'd buy something pricier if I could go back in time but no complaints really, handy device.

      I honestly have no idea why I hadn't bought one of these before as this made working on my watches and repairing so, so, so much easier and I am thinking of getting another one perhaps mains powered to connect to a bench peg for gold and silversmithing work. I'm short sighted but don't like wearing glasses when working close up as I've found opticians have never listened to my specific needs ie needing to work at close range, so aids like this are invaluable to anyone who works with hand tools or just their hands in general.

      This has been a great magnificent glass since I start getting into electronics and some of the components were almost impossiblee to read the printed letters but not with this as the added small magnifying glass in the lower part served a great asset. The LED in the bottom of the housing are very bright and really adds to making sure you can read those small things with decent light. The whole thing is plastic and can be held if you done want the use the stand. The stand has rubber on the clamp to insure you don't scratch your favorite table. The stem if fully adjustable for all your hobby needs. I like this product it make my hobby life eaiser.
