I am sorry to say that I think this product is a piece of junk. I tried two of them. On the first, the transfer relay was defective and on the second, it would not program. I would suggest pitching it and getting one that works. I have been using a Ranco ETC for over a year now. Flawless.

absolutely. i've used these for a wide variety of purposes, including an intraperitoneal chemotherapy bath, keezer, and honey warmer. they're accurate and best of all you can set the parameters including how many degrees variance before it kicks your element on/off.

I have used two of these devices on 110 volt refrigerators. The first unit worked out of the box. The second unit had faulty number segments on the 8-segment display, so was replaced by the merchant. Yes. I power mine off (unplug it) every week when I am not using it. All settings are there. Works pretty good for how cheap it is. I use it for cooling in summer, and for heating in winter.

I used it as a programmer for the xbox one x since I have it a little boxed and the heat was inside the hole, with this, some fans and a usb adapter I have managed to turn on the fans only when it reaches 50ºC temperature the air outlet, and pay again when I get down from there, now I just have to worry about playing.

It works very well being the unbeatable quality / price ratio. If I miss coming with the electrical connections, when you do you see the device with a "mess" of cables so I recommend putting it in an electrical junction box being formed in a compact and very comfortable and safe way.
