I have two Axolotls in one 20 gallon tank and two Newtons in the other. I live on the second floor of the building, so as you can guess, the temperature here fluctuates wildly with the seasons, making it difficult for both tanks to maintain the proper temperature. I'm currently using this tank chiller to keep my axolotls within a comfortable temperature range of about 64F and it hasn't let me down once. Considering its size, value, and effectiveness, I definitely recommend this cooler over a tank fan or frozen water bottle.

I ordered this chiller for a 65 gallon aquarium and it has been working great so far. It kept the set temperature within a degree all the time, so I'm pretty happy with its performance. This seems to be a very good/solid unit. I like. Installing the cooler was super easy and only took me about 30 minutes. This chiller is a bit bulky, but there's a good chance it will fit in your aquarium base cabinet without issue. The user interface of the refrigerator is also very simple and easy to use. However, despite this, it only displays the temperature in degrees Celsius. However, I don't think it's a big deal. As far as noise goes, this cooler is really good. Once it's locked under your aquarium cabinet, you can barely hear it. It makes about as much noise as an air pump. The machine does draw a little power when it's turned on, but thankfully it only seems to be on for six hours a day. Of course, it depends on the time of year and the ambient temperature of your home. If you are looking for a new chiller, I think this one is a good choice. So far it hasn't given us any problems.
