There's really only 2 standard threads used on these vacuum pumps when it comes to A/C work. If you aren't able to make a connection, you most like need this or the other adapter which has the female(F) and male (M) threads swapped with the F/M threads of this one. I was able to get my r134a lines hooked up to the pump once I purchased this. Unfortunately, not all ship to California but this store was able to do it.
