24V input with no load current of 3A, 48V input with no load current of 6A.
The higher the voltage, the greater the heating current when the same thing, the effect is better.
But at the same time heat is also large, so to eradicate the actual situation to select the input voltage, the general use of the words 24V or 36V power supply is enough.
The coil accepts 40mm crucible.

Note:
1. The kit contains a full set of driving circuit elements and brass.
2. Buyers need to bring their own power and cooling unit.
3. The circuit board using double-sided fiberglass board, mainly copper traces are used to widen use the entire back surface of the resonant circuit common, continuous work, please add a fan to blow down from above, to the resonance capacitors and other components cool.
4. Although this circuit can tolerate 20-30A input current moment, but do not exceed 15A when safe work, you can easily add an ammeter between the power supply and heating driver board but always monitor the current overload.

    die ersten Versuche verliefen supa, damit kann man richtig coole Sachen machen! Nägel, Pinzetten und Schraubendreher beginnen in der Spule innerhalb weniger Sekunden zu glühen...! Ich werde es zum Schmelzen von Alu verwenden, um ganz kleine Sachen gießen zu können. => es funktioniert und wurde prompt geliefert! So soll es sein! Und hier noch ein paar Infos: es ist keine Beschreibung. Aufpassen muss man beim Versorgungsanschluss: es ist keine Polung angegeben. + ist in Richtung Kühlkörper - ist in Richtung Spulenanschluss die (aus massivem Cu-Rohr) vorgefertigte Spule ist zwar gewickelt, muss aber noch etwas gebogen werden, um auf die Anschlüsse zu passen. Die Spule wird sehr heiß. Ich überlege, durch das Rohr Wasser zu pumpen... Da diese Art von Schaltung nicht immer 100%ig anschwingt (ist übrigens auch so beschrieben im Artikeltext), hat es sich bei mir bewährt, das Netzteil zuerst auf etwa 12V zu stellen, mit Strombegrenzung auf etwa 2A-3A, und die Platine beim eingeschalteten Netzteil anzustecken. Schwingt es nicht an (was sehr selten passiert), das Ganze noch mal wiederholen. Läuft es, wird Spannung und Strom hochgedreht. Bis etwa 150W kann man es ohne Kühlung betreiben. Das ganze ist sehr robust. Die Kühlkörper werden kaum warm, die beiden Spulen schon, die Induktionsspule wird richtig heiß. Darüber muss man, wie im Artikeltext angegeben, selber für die Kühlung sorgen. Ich habe einen Lüfter so groß wie die Platine über der Platine montiert. 1000W habe ich nicht probiert - das kann mein Netzteil nicht. Aber an diese Grenze werde ich wohl nicht gehen, das Ding funktioniert auch mit ein paar 100W weniger schon sehr beeindruckend!

    Un gadget per costruirsi un fornelletto per fondere i metalli. Questo articolo è solo una parte degli elementi per costruirsi un fornelletto ad induzione. Cosa serve oltre a questa scheda? Un crogiolo di grafite che possa entrare all'interno della spirale di rame, un paio di pinze per manipolare il crogiolo , un alimentatore da 1000w in cc con voltaggio compreso tra 12v e 48v , ovviamente di amperaggio adeguato a seconda del voltaggio per raggiungere i 1000w, infine una pompa, un contenitore e dei tubi di misura per creare un ricircolo d'acqua da fare passare all'interno del tubo in rame per creare un circuito di raffreddamento.

    Ich habe schon selber versucht ein solches Gerät zu bauen, allerdings würde mir dieses fertigzustellen zu teuer kommen. Daher habe ich mich dazu entschieden dieses Gerät zu kaufen. Ich verwende seit dem ersten mal Ausprobieren einen PC-Lüfter zur Kühlung, angeblich funktioniert es auch ohne. Die mitgelieferte Spule muss etwas gebogen und eventuell gekürzt werden, wenn man sie direkt auf dem Gerät montieren möchte. Ich nutze als Spannungsquelle 3 LiPo-Akkus in Serie (3S+3S+4S), ergibt 10 LiPo-Zellen (35-42V). Zum Einschalten verwende ich ein Autorelais. WICHTIG: Einschalten ohne Gegenstand in der Spule!! Bei Verwendung mit Netzteil zuerst das Netzteil einschalten und dann über Schalter und/oder Relais das Gerät. Zum fließenden Strom kann ich nichts sagen, man sollte aber darauf achten, dass die Akkus den Strom auf Dauer aushalten (mein schwächster Akku schafft 135A konstant). Glühzeit aufsteigend: -Stanleymesser (sofort) -Outdoormesser -M8 Schraube -M8 Schraube Kopf Wahrscheinlich viele Grammatikfehler.....

    Ricevuto il pacco, tutto ok come da caratteristiche elencate e funziona bene. Se si usa alla massima potenza, consiglio di raffreddarlo bene sia la parte elettronica (con una ventolina) che la spirale di rame (con acqua).

    L'ho provato per qualche esperimento e ho visto che corrisponde a quanto scritto nelle indicazioni.Alimentato a 12 volt con una batteria d'auto assorbe 10 Amper riuscendo a scaldare fino al rosso un tondino di ferro da 6mm e uno da 10mm se messo in rotazione dentro la bobbina.

    Prodotto in linea con quanto pubblicizzato. Un po' difficile piegare le estremità del tubo di rame mantenendone la circolarità per collegare la spirale agli attacchi del modulo. Necessario il raffreddamento della spirale con circolazione d'acqua. Provato fino a 24 Volts. Mi riprometto di provarlo a 48 ma non mi aspetto problemi.

    Arrivato in tempi come previsto giocattolino molto divertente ma bisogna usare un alimentatore decisamente potente, usarlo con gli alimentatori venduti in abbinamento hanno poca resa quindi il risultato é deludente.
