Pros: Unit seems quite sturdy and good value for the price. Came with a cleaning brush and an extra set of carbon brushes for the motor. Cons: The plug adapter that comes with it simply falls off the end of the power plug. I had to tape it on to keep it in place. It looks like two spring clips are meant to keep it in place, but even after squeezing them together all the way there is no way it would hold even the slightest tug. All papers included are in Chinese - not a biggie, but even an online translation would be nice. Packaging: I ordered this with a seven other products which all came in a larger box. The box that the blower was in looked like it had been crushed at some stage as the cardboard was torn. The blower is quite sturdy so no apparent damage has been caused. The power adapter for the blower, (the one that falls off) was actually tossed into the larger box, outside of the blower box. Didn't take long to figure out what it was for, but it seemed a bit careless considering there were other items in the box, some in their own boxes and some in plastic bags. There was no foam or polystyrene bits to prevent the items from bouncing around inside the larger box - nothing really delicate inside, maybe they pack those more carefully? Shipping: The larger box containing them all had no damage, (a very sturdy double corrugated DHL box). Came quite quickly to Australia, so no complaints there. Unit seems fine otherwise. I might have liked an adapter with a smaller nozzle, but for the price I'm not complaining.
