There is a Max line mark in the inner of the water tank, when you add water up to the max line, it means that you add 70ml water. The fragrance smell is vary from person to person, you could add essential oil as you like, usually we recommend that you add 2-3 drops essential oil.

I absolutely love this car diffuser. I just took a long car trip with sick kids and was able to diffuse oils the whole way. It helped my daughter with her cough and stuffy nose and any yucky smells from the three little boys in the back. I felt as though it Let off an appropriate amount of vapor and I loved the light. I will take this along with on any road trip. It also seems to be durable and quility made.
