It is delivered in a state where only a thin vinyl is put on the main body box. The contents of the box are also covered with a thin vinyl on the main body itself, and I feel that there is not enough consideration for packing. I was worried at that time, but it was as expected ... I was thinking about using it with Huawei Matebook, but it doesn't function properly as a USB hub. If you move the device, messages that the device cannot recognize will appear or disappear, and no keyboard input will be accepted. It seems that it is barely recognized from the PD charging side only when it is charged from the adapter, but it can not be used properly.-Postscript (2017/02/24) The result was refunded. I didn't contact you because I couldn't expect the response, but the customer service who saw the review offered a refund (no return required) or redelivery. We had already purchased a similar product, so we received a refund, so we were able to respond very seriously with the contents that you could pay attention to the packaging, so it was a reasonable price so far with a product clearly specifying the USB-C hub PD charging function I think there are few products. I think that it is easy to deal with initial defects, and I think that it is a product worth considering purchase.

I bought this product for the HP Pro 608 G1 tablet with Windows 10. It worked for a few months, but gradually began to have problems. It does not recognize some flash drives unless the hub is disconnected and reinserted. I think this is a problem with Windows 10 and not a screen block. In the end, he was completely dead and there was no guarantee for a few days. I believe how much it costs to get better products on Amazon and elsewhere.

Does the job, a little. A sharp sound is produced when using Power Delivery. The sound is not very loud, but it is obvious in a quiet room. When I connected through the hub, my external hard drive stopped working (it worked fine before plugging it into the computer). To be fair, this could be a hard drive problem. All in all, I guess, it doesn't matter. But I will give myself another center.

Tried 3-4 other hubs for my MacBook Pro 2016, but I settle with this after using this for a week. 1. USB PD: it delivers 55W full charge. 2. Ethernet: it shows above 80MB/s full performance with RTL8153 chip, no need to install driver on MacOS Sierra, unlikely AX88179 based usb ethernet. 3. USB 3.0, it shows 350MB/s with my samsung ssd (this bandwidth limited by SSD) No heat problem. some of hub stopped working due to the heat but not this one. No sleep problem, some of hub stopped working after waking up from the sleep. this is the docking solution for your new 2016 later 2016 macbook pro. This one doesn't have HDMI. but, at this moment, other hubs with HDMI(including Apple AV Adapter), only support 4K @ 30Hz not 60Hz. Until there is a hub that supports HDMI 4K@60Hz, this is the best solution. I connect my 4K monitor with a cable to the other thunderbolt 3 port. Note, if you are using the data transfer over USB(ssd), the ethernet speed is affected. I saws 80MB/s -> 40MB/s ethernet degraded on SSD data copy. the cable length is 6", a bit longer than apple av adapter.

Hub very nice, I've got it for two weeks now and it works perfectly. A plus the USB-C input port that allows you to power without problems (in addition to the laptop) even external hard drives connected to USB ports 3. When I bought it I had some doubts related to the problems of interference with the MacBook wifi detected in similar products, everything works without problems (I have the MacBook Pro Retina 2017).

With Android phones start to build without the 3.5mm jack, I need something to charge the phone while listening to music or movie at the same time. This does the job. However, it's size is too big to use with smart phone. Hopefully Dodocool will read my comment and make a compact version in the future with just the power pass through port and an USB-C for headphones.

I got this product from elsewhere I tested this with a computer that was only usb 2.0 and 100mb Ethernet and it works. I get full 1gb speed and can now use this for better Ethernet from 2001 desktop (dell dimensions 8200). Currently I am also trying it with usb 3.0 to see how it compares. Best part it has 3 3.0 usb ports and that exactly what I needed. More usb ports the better. Laptops never come with enough. It seems driver newer on usb 3.0 then using usb 2.0. The two pictures from below that look the same are from different usb ports. One 3.0 and one 2.0.

Prompt arrival - works as described - says it had included driver, but I guess you would have to go the their web-site to get it. Not a problem however, as there is native support in Win 10 Pro. I use it with an As__ UX303 to replace the supplied 100Mbit USB adapter so I can connect to my gigabit home network at full speed. Also used with my new Len____ Ideapad710s to connect to Gbit Ethernet where an adapter is not supplied by the manufacturer. Since it ties up a USB3.0 port, the integrated 3x USB3 ports more than make up for the loss. Durability has yet to be determined as I've only had it a few weeks.
