I know the 560EXIII can move up and down but can it move side to side?

  • Yes. The flash swivels so you can aim it left or right.

Does this work with Yongnuo YN-622N wireless triggers?

  • I have a YN-622C (Canon) and it does NOT work with the exception of simply firing if and when the channels are configured. It makes no sense and it's inexcusable as a consumer. You get what you pay for I suppose.

great flash, being new in the flash field, i still have a ton to learn on how to use this, but everything looks good on this. dont spend that much money on other flashes unless youre a pro and know the real difference of this model and other canon or branded flashes; give this one a try, its worth every cent.

Flash works as advertised. No frills, just a consistent work horse that gets the job done. Can't be beat for the price.

This is a great spped light. Fits and functions perfectly with my Nikon D5100. Great features and functions. This light is HOT and I love that! I have to actually dial it down to get the right lighting in portrait use. I have two of these and shoot through two 43 inch Wescott umbrellas. Nice addition to the kit.

Great flash! I've had the 560II and still love that flash, but when I decided to expand my arsenal of speedlights I purchased two of the 560IIIs and they are great flashes also! I have a Phottix flash that I spent over 4 times as much for and I have to say that this yongnuo 560III is easily just as good, of course if you're comfortable using manual settings. I use these on my professional jobs and would recommend them to other professionals.

I shoot strictly manual, so this flash gives me everything I need without all the extras (which are expensive, i.e. TTL). I also purchased the wireless triggers (also cheaply priced) and was able to sync with this flash without problems.

Works very well. It comes highly recommended by many pro photographers. Seems rugged and well built. Menu is easy to use. I also use it with their RF-603N remote triggers. The built-in RF receiver is handy.

I own two of these. I'm about to purchase a third. This is a great flash if you're on a budget or just getting into off camera lighting. I love the built-in receiver.

Built in receiver is super convenient and works flawlessly with the YN-560 TX wireless controller. Having a great time learning to shoot manual flash with multiple flashes. Highly recommended.

Great flash for the price. I had bought the Canon 430ex II and was happy with it. When I decided it was time to add more flashes to my kit, I was tempted to get another Canon. However, I was recommended the Yongnuo at a photography conference. For the price of 1 Canon 430ex II, you can get 3-4 Yongnuo flashes. The features are roughly the same, and the layout is almost identical. Looking at the 2 from the settings side, you almost can't tell the differnce. If just starting out and don't want to spend a lot of money, or if you need to get multiple flashes, I'd recommend the Yongnuos.
