Introduction: This is a peculiar "artistic" camera that some people will like, including me. But for most people, the Nikon Coolpix price will provide more features (zoom lens, better resolution, auto focus). So, unless you're a fan of "Toy Camera" or "LOMO", look elsewhere. Still interested? Keep reading! There are very few small cameras that are really strange there. This is one of them. The 5MP (real resolution) camera that was produced in 2018 has no focus or zoom, and the top ISO is 400? Oh yes, there is a special effect called "dog eyes." There is a camera level (and other products) called "promotional quality". In the case of film cameras, these include forged models that look like SLR cameras, but some additional metal cubes provide a box camera with an additional weight at the bottom. . This makes the camera feel more like something different from plastic parts. It sells for about $ 2 each (minimum purchase: 500), which eventually becomes a gift for carnival and timeshare prizes. The digital camera version of this product is more expensive (probably $ 15?) And is available directly in China for up to $ 99. Sometimes, by adding some cheap accessories, the price will be higher. These cameras do not have much research and development. The manufacturers use the same "camera with chip" of 5 megapixels or COACH of several body types to choose from horrible lenses to beautiful and load them in several plastic boxes. Think of modular prefabricated houses or cars with a variety of motor and body styles. I have the same basic camera as a "waterproof" camera sold to children, with a smaller body and a smaller screen. The control buttons are in the same position and perform the same operation. There are no microphones or speakers in my version, and the camera requires a MicroSD card and an AAA battery. Prices range from $ 19.95 to $ 59.95. The "waterproof" camera I bought and the camera appeared on the Internet with several names. When you buy a certain quantity of products, you can add any name you want. Both the box and the description are generic, with "DIGITAL CAMERA" in them, and neither has an address to tell you something! (The company sells a wide variety of accessories, all of which are private "Andoer" brands, which show some dedication to building a reputation.) So, if these cameras are a bad choice, why am I happy to buy this? As with the "waterproof" children's camera, this COACH has some built-in options that are attractive to toy cameras, LOMO and strange camera sets. In addition to some very standard controls, there are some "effects" that you don't usually see. In addition to the colors black, white, tan or ordinary, there are solid colors such as red, green and blue. There are pseudo-infrared, binary, "Japanese look (?)", "Aibo (??)", "Goth (???)" and "Dog Eye (???????)!" But I am the most I like the "LOMO" that mimics the attenuation of light and the general appearance of the famous 35mm camera of the Soviet era. The video function can use these same effects. There are also some nonsense menu items: "Face Detection" in a completely out of focus camera and "Smile Detection" that may not be detected. The 4x zoom is a purely digital crop, and anything above 5 MP, such as claimed 24, is basically forged by a technique called interpolation. You won't get more details, just a bigger soft image. There is also a knob on the top, nothing to do, because it doesn't even turn! Therefore, it has a fixed focus of fast processing, a 5 megapixel camera without zoom to record OK videos and some fascinating special effects. Just don't use it to shoot priceless moments. Don't be fooled by the removable screen. It is not "clear" and can only be flipped for self-portraits. Some vendors sell the same camera with the same name, but the screen flips and charges a higher price as a "video blog" product. I suspect that the microphone is good enough for high quality work, and the lens is not wide enough to shoot correctly in the arm length unless you want the entire face to fill the screen. By the way, I really like video quality and I don't care if it's not HD, 4K and only 15 FPS. The fixed focus is for video, and the result reminds me of my old Kodak Super 8 XL movie camera. Fortunately, all sounds can be deactivated, allowing the camera to take street photos quickly and quietly. The expandable flash is not a traditional flash tube, but a high intensity LED.
