Andoer® 41cm Beauty Dish Reflector Strobe Lighting Honeycomb for Bowens Mount Speedlite Photogrophy Light Studio Accessory - I just got this product yesterday and decided to test it out while my niece was visiting. So far, I like this a lot. The Beauty Dish comes with a honeycomb grid and then a separate diffusion sock. I've demonstrated each option in the photos I've uploaded. It is a really good size to serve as a hair light in the studio (especially with the honeycomb grid), and it worked very well as an off-camera flash modifier (in the photos, I've paired this with a Godox-style flash clamp to make use of it's Bowen's mount). As you can see in the image samples - this beauty dish provides the typical flattering soft light with quick fall-off that other units do. I own some larger beauty dishes, and this one has a lighter build (metal gauge is not as thick, the internal reflector is held in by wires instead of long-stem bolts, etc.) - but for the size and weight, it works well. As I said - I only got this yesterday, but I'm already pleased. The only negative is that the box it came in was crushed a bit, and the honeycomb grid had some damage that I'll have to straighten out with a pair of needle-nose pliers. I'm done professional photography for over 30 years, and I paid full price for this product and have not received anything in trade for this review.
