Sorry, You can't use it on A-Mount. I think it's possible to modify to Sony A Mount but takes extra cost. Thanks

No it will not work on the GH4 in Sony E Mount version of this lens. You will need to buy the Canon EF or Nikon mount version of this lens and Canon or Nikon to MFT adapter either with glass as a Turbo adapter from Zhongyi Mitakon or a mechanical no glass inside adapter.
