When I saw this on TOMTOP, I wasn't sure if this was plastic or metal or how well it was built. Turns out its all metal. This thing is heavy and solid. I was very impressed and it now stays permanently attached to my Aputure HR672. Will probably be getting another one very soon for my flash. Thankyou guys so much for making this affordable

I was surprised by the sturdiness of this bracket. The main parts are made of painted die-cast metal and the bracket is pretty solid. The be better are the plastic knobs, but those would be easy enough to replace if they broke. The paint also flakes a little bit off a little bit during use, but it's not been a problem. This bracket holds my led light and 43" umbrella without a problem and is an excellent value.

I was very impressed with the quality build of this flash bracket. The body is all metal and the knobs are a very strong, heavy duty plastic and polished metal. It comes with all of the hardware adapters necessary to attach it to a tripod or light-stand. The umbrella mounts in the lower bracket so it can be tilted separately from the flash unit allowing precise focusing on the center of the umbrella. This is the only bracket that I have found that allows you to do this. The price is very reasonable for what you get and I highly recommend it!

This is a great piece of kit that everyone should have. I purchased 2 for a project to mount florescent lights to a light stand. I will be buying 2 more to have on hand. I like that it gives you precise control of the flash position inside you umbrella. They also let you cantilever your soft boxes off a light stand so you can get a much steeper angle when setting up a shot. I'll be combining two or more to see if they function as a small boom. I also like that it comes with two spigots, one male and one female. I used the female spigot and bolted them as a permanent mount to my florescent lights. What I love is that it is all metal. These are awesome - squared. Get them while they are reasonably priced. I may get more and give them out to my friends for Christmas. Don't panic I don't have many friends.

This one articulates more than some of the other styles I have use. It allows the flash to be tilted and better aimed towards the center of the umbrella, allowing for a more even distribution of light. Additionally the tightening screws are easy to use handles. I much prefer that this to the small knobs I've used on other brackets.
