Depends on the version of those flash units if they are the original versions then no. They would have to be version II or higher also you will need a canon camera designed after 2012 to be fully compatible. Canon changed something in the cameras after 2012 to make them compatible with their radio controlled flashes like the EX600-RT. They will control the older flashes and work on the older cameras in manual mode but you will not be able to use high speed sync. They are a great trigger for the money even if you have to use them in manual mode. You will be able to adjust the power of your flashes from your on camera unit in manual mode. see less

Absolutely! You just have to use the included cables into the SYNC port on the lights. They are perfect for that use.

You need the Sony version X1R-S the -C is the canon version. i don't believe they are interchangeable. That is you can't use a canon flash with a Sony camera and these triggers and use TTL. I ordered three of these at once. One of the three showed up DOA. Fortunately, by ordering through TOMTOP, it was replaced quickly. I use these with Yongnuo 568 flashes with the GODOX ad-600 and AD-360 for outdoor photoshoots. Works exactly as expected and the ability to do TTL and HSS from the camera without running to each device is a fabulous thing.
