How much weight can this support? Can if support a GoPro with an extra camera battery pack or a mini cage?

  • Don't know exact weight it supports, however, this apparatus is delicate and seems to be balanced for only the GoPro weight. I wouldn't really try it with anything heavier.

      Pros: ✅ Quick, right out of the box setup. I didn't even need to calibrate it or update the firmware (which I thought I'd have to after seeing so many YouTube videos). ✅ It works (and has continued to work after several shoots). ✅ Battery life has lasted quite a while. After 4 shoots it's still running strong. And they provide extra batteries, so when they do go I won't be left stranded. ✅ Compact. I could take this thing on backpacking trips (if it's well protected that is). It's very light compared to other GoPro steady cams. ✅ Nice folks at Feiyu. They actually sent me this gimbal to test and video review. (no I don't work for them or anything) ✅ Do real estate videos for local agents? This thing will pay itself off in just 1 shoot. Cons:NO CONS

      1. Flawless video stabilization. 2. Lightweight, compact. 3. Use the included black foam packaging for storage. I placed the foam inside a camera bag. 4. Extra set of batteries and charger. 5. Feels solid due to all aluminum construction. all in all, i like it!

      This item is really great, Im glad I decided to buy the updated version. Love the three different modes and the fact that it came with two extra batteries. If you want to produce quality video from your gopro camera look no further.

      I have used a traditional heavy counter-balance-based steadicam system before which took a lot of practice. This unit however is pretty amazing.

      I suspect it is more to do with me then the gimbal. I really like how small it is and the two sets of batteries is a nice addition.

      Couldn't be happier. Just returned from a trip and it was waiting in my box. I'll be leaving tomorrow for a convention in Las Vegas tomorrow and will put it to a real test. In the little bit of time I had today to play with it, I am impressed.

      The Feiyu-Tech FY G3 Ultra - 3-Axis Brushless Handheld Steady Gimbal is amazing! It provides super steady shots regardless of the motion of the camera. You can smoothly pan up and down, left and right and even lock the point of focus on an object and the Steadicam will follow it. Operating the gimbal is very simple.
