A quick benchmark on my computer showed about 3GB per second sequential read and write speeds, but it can probably go a little bit higher because that was in a PCIe gen 3 motherboard. Overall it's a great drive and it will speed up your system by a lot even if you're upgrading from a normal solid-state drive.

I saw on AnandTech that this SSD is built with the latest 128-layer NAND flash technology by a major supplier that makes both DRAM and NAND. There were also comments below on its great power efficiency and performance being on par with the Samsung 970 EVO plus. From being about to buy the WD Black SN750, I switched to purchasing this drive instead, and was surprised to see the benchmarks coming in better than the specs! Would recommend to anyone needing a new SSD.
