Note:
It supports SATA (serial interface) hard disks, but not support IDE (parallel port) interface and SAS interface. Please make sure your hard drive is a SATA connector.

The data cable must be connected to the USB port on the back of the motherboard.
If the hard disk has been identified but displayed in offline status, please move the mouse to the offline position of display and then click right-key.
