    Good for a lower midrange build. Doesn't require power other than from the motherboard which saves some space if you don't have a strong PSU, but that does limit its abilities.

    This is a very good graphic card, nothing against it..  I'm in the middle of building a new liquid cooled machine with a 800 watt supply , can't wait to get this all together it's going to be one hell of a pc, also, very good customer service and communication with seller

    Great card. I replaced a dead GTX 9800 with this and was surprised it runs on board power alone. No additional power ports. Better, faster and cheaper

    It's a full size card and it fits with no issues. Bought it mainly to do some video rendering and so far its working great(running Cyberlink Power Director 14). Also shipper was very fast, delivery was next day (from New Jersey). May vary depending on where you live but they shipped the GPU the day i bought it.

    This is a great little card. It fits in basically everything. It's smaller than I expected, the heatsink seems a little bit on the small side, but it works just fine.

    Best graphic card for it's value, I have no problems with it so far, it's quiet and it stays cool, I play games at 1080p 60fps max settings with Bf4, Gta v and R6 without pushing the card to it's limits

    I do not use for gaming as with all components I used on my new build p.c. All gamer level parts as tougher then regular and the softwares I use for photoediting,,Astronomy,, Antenna/circuit designing for Amateur radio etc are demanding and this card fill the bill.. Wont go into specs as no need to..

    I really like the fact that it doesn't require any additional power cables, just the PCI slot powers it. This makes it perfect for what I needed it for - a backup card.

    Very robust and nice looking back plate, graet for 1080p gaming, very silent, i also use it for work, i put it in a Asus ROG Crossblade Ranger mobo with 2400 ddr3 ram and a AMD Athlon X4 880K cpu, very power efficient runnig the hole pc with an EVGA 500 watt psu (2 SSD,s 2 HD,s, 2 optical drives, Water all in one solution single 1200 radiator.)

    I tend to stick with nVidia-based cards and my previous one (designed without a fan by someone other than Asus) was probably overheating, causing crashes at least once per day.

    Kid plays beamNG with no issues. Installed and it didn't need an external power connector. Has enough from the PCI-E port. Also plays, fortnite, TF two online. Thanks

    My PC CPU i5 quad 3.0 just needed a little bit of a push to run the game and a second monitor for streaming. Now Im blazing fast with about 78fps in most Neverwinter Zones.

    Easy to install with clear instructions. I love that I didn't have to attach to the power supply directly. HUGE UPGRADE. Run Fallout 4 and Overwatch on highest settings. Details and resolution and insane.

    Bought this for my son's PC many months ago. No issues yet. He uses it every day. It handles modern games surprisingly well for only a 2GB card. Plenty for Minecraft with shaders and texture packs enabled, and Lego Worlds, which is most of what he plays. It's been a solid card.

    I bought it expecting the performance of a 1050 Ti and I got it. As long as you know what you want and you are good with getting the performance this card then there go ahead and buy this.

    Obviously you won’t be running high (forget about ultra) settings on the newest AAA titles. But for the little budget gaming rig I built...I absolutely love it. Runs cool, doesn’t need a separate power connection. Really like it.

    First off, this is an older version of the GDC Beast, there is a 9.0 that you should probably get instead. Just wanted to throw in a review and my thoughts. Please bear in mind I am speaking to my experience with my hardware. This may or may not work for your given laptop, if you want something simple and guaranteed to work, go buy a Razer Blade and a Razer Core. That said, it works for me, using the ExpressCard version with a Thinkpad T520 (Intel iGPU) and a Radeon HD 7870. I haven't gotten it to work with hotswap, (but that may be possible) or with the internal display. For me, the process was: 1. Power down laptop. 2. Install GPU into adapter, plug in PSU to GPU and adapter, plug adapter into ExpressCard slot 3. Power on, install AMD drivers. 4. Plug in external display to eGPU And it worked! I originally got this for my W520, but haven't tested it with that one yet, it has Optimus, having two GPUs already, so I anticipate it will be more trouble to get the eGPU working with that one. I'll try to update my review if I do.
