Bottomline: The shipping was really long to me so that I called customer service and the lady was VERY nice and explained the delayed shipping to me. The package arrived the very next day. The package was nice. And the case fits my Ipad very well. I Ordered 2 (Black and Red). The color are a bit darker than what it show in the pictures. The magnet functions just fine. Overall, I'm happy with them.
