I would assume so, i have not tried but when you get it installed it acts just like your mouse, so if you can use a mouse like that (which you can) then you should be able to.

it works best with any program that will allow you to layer. photoshop or something like that. but my son says it's better and you get more out of it if the program you use will allow you to layer

On my first computer, I had to solve a small problem. The problem is with Windows Ink, but you can find the solution online. My second computer also has a Windows 10 computer. Very easy to use. Simply connect it and start working on your project. I've used it for everything from simple drawings to animations. I'm very happy
