    I've never heard of this brand before and the reviews are a mixed bag. But the price was reasonable so I decided to give it a try. So far so good. My laptop didn't come with a HDMI slot or a full sized SD card slot. Being a photographer, these are both things are important to me to work on a larger screen and import files off my camera cards.

    I have a 2018 15'' MacBook Pro. I tested every port they all work great, including the HDMI. I have had it a week no issues so far. All plugs male and female feel good and have good connections. I also love the space grey color that matches my mac.

    This may sound like I am on the tech version of pimp my ride, but I currently have my 15'' Macbook Pro 2018 connected to this hub that's then connected to my Dell 2410 monitor and to a USB dock that's connected to the USB hub on the monitor and daisy chaining my way through an external hard drive, USB speakers, a logitech gaming mouse, logitech keyboard, a USB ethernet adapter, and somehow it's keeping up with it all without a hitch.

    This little adapter was the answer to my prayers. It had everything I needed as a mobile photo/videographer with Micro, SD and HDMI out. The unit is sleek, compact and made of aluminium, giving it a really solid feel.

    I like the design of this hub. It feels like a good product and looks well made. The tip of the USB-C cord appears to be gold plated. The symbols and text are all etched into the steel.
