My laptop doesn’t come with a dc drive and to be honest, I haven’t used cds in a while. But I recently came across a bunch of cds of music I used to listen back in the day, as well as those on which I saved hundreds of pictures from my travels to Sri Lanka and Africa. I was so ready to go down that memory lane, just needed a right vehicle. This dvd external drive did what it supposed to. It’s also pretty quiet and I appreciate that it’s small and light, easy to store or take with, if needed. Good purchase.
