Recieved on time. The product was in the packaging but the packaging was pretty damaged. The product was fine. Immediately put it together and ran into the only problem ive had so far. The "eyes" or guides for the line have problems staying in one place. After superglue, they withstand whatever you throw at it. Overall awesome tool and I am currently having fun with it. I wish it didn't break but I fixed it myself. Would give 5 stars but I ran into that issue
