If the left stick moves all the way forward and back (that is your throttle) The right stick is" spring" loaded and returns to the center position. That would be elevator / Aileron. This would be a MODE 2 transmitter.

Im not sure but I think so.. Its the same voltage. Mah is just for the batt capacity. 500 mah will last longer than a 280 mah

The props on mine extend all the way down so that the motors don't push out the bottom on upside down crashes. It also has rubber feet.

This thing is a blast. I was a total newbie, and taught myself to fly it. I am amazed at its stability. I've flown it as high as I dare (until it is just a speck in the sky). I bought the crash pack, and just recently needed to replace the four propellers. They were getting a little banged up and performance was starting to suffer. But the kit included an extra set of props, so I haven't even dipped into the crash pack yet. Except for the extra battery that it had. It's so fun to fly you'll probably want some extra batteries. I get about seven minutes of flight per charge. Everybody loves the crazy "angry bees" sound it makes.

I bought the Hubsan X4 H107L so I could learn to fly a drone for cheap. So far very happy with my purchase, this drone is a lot of fun. I should be able to learn a lot and really increase my skill level before looking into buying a more expensive drone. Buy a crash kit for it with the prop protector. The prop protector is a must if you are like me and have never flown a drone before. Also the kits come with extra batteries and motors, etc, all of which you will need eventually. I bought the AVAWO kit. I haven't flown mine long enough yet to find out, but I've read the motors will burn out after a few hours of flying and you need to solder new ones on. This drone is tiny enough to fly indoors, but I usually take it outside. It can cover a lot of ground rather quickly, even in the handicapped normal flight mode. I've had no trouble powering through some light wind, just stay out of the stronger wind.

Requires a bit of trimming to get it to fly right but once there it is a great little quadrotor. Very responsive and feels like a quality product for it's price. I would highly recommend getting spare batteries for it as one battery is not enough time to fully enjoy this quadrotor. On a side note, let it cool down five to ten minutes between runs. It doesn't get very hot but it is better for the motors and PCB if they are allowed to cool between flights.

I just love this thing. It's liberating, exhilarating, and a technical marvel for pennies. What a bargain! I would just caution people that even though these are supposedly all "drones" the female bees don't seem to appreciate the attention. This is coming from my neighbor (who runs the apiary) and is an expert in these kinds of things. If I'm being honest I don't know myself what bees may want or not want.
