    My wife bought this for my birthday last Saturday and I am very pleased with it as it replaced our previous garden bench that was really in a distressed condition. Assembly, with the help of my daughter, was relatively easy fortunately, as it was raining all of the time. The majority of the weight of the bench is at the back and we have found that it will tip over backwards quite easily. Secondly, after only four days, there are signs of rust on the back of the bench at the points where the artistic work has been welded to the surround frame.. I do not want the bench replaced but I will have to purchase some black Hammerite paints to prevent the rust from spreading any further and better its cosmetic appearance..

    Bench was purchased to be used in my garden sculpture area, not necessarily to be sat upon. It looks lovely where it is even though the sculptures and plantings are not completed yet.When area is finished I could submit a picture.

    Looks great... not super sturdy but fine to sit for a bit. Wouldn't recommend standing on it or having someone really big sit on it

    Not that strong. Feels like it will snap if you sit more than 1 or 2 people. Trying to figure out a way to reinforce it.

    This arrived very quickly, looks more than the money. This metal one looks and feels really strong. Was very easy to put together. I needed a replacement for a tired-looking wooden bench, and this is perfect. Would highly recommend this bench to anyone looking to buy a strong good quality bench for their garden.

    Easy to assemble but really requires another person (wife?) to hold the backrest whilst the bolts are fed in. I have a spray can of black paint standing by should it be needed. (It's never stopped raining since I got it. Roll on next Summer)

    order arrived in only a few days,although I was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks,i was delighted. the bench was easy to put together and is a great looking,strong bench.really pleased with my purchase.

    Looks nice in the garden. Sits two comfortably and feels steady. However, 5 stars not given as I'm not sure how well the bench will age over the next coiple of years. If you are looking for an everyday bench then you may be best spending a little more and going for something else. But for the occasional use i want it for, I am very happy with the quality and price.
