Is the case real leather?

A

  • I assume it is but it had a chemical smell, not a rich leather one, so I'm not 100% convinced. That said, I have been using it for about 1 year and it has held up admirably. I only wanted the case (to protect my brushes) so can't attest to the quality of the included brushes.

      Smells weird at first but just leave it open to air out and poof: smell gone. Great to travel with so as to not damage your brush heads.

      Bought this mostly for the case. Some of the brushes feel kind of rough or scratchy but others (most of the smaller brushes) are soft, some brushes do shed. It's a good value and the case is great. It could be useful for a beginner that doesn't want to spend so much money.

      Just got them! The brushes are cute and so smooth! I love them. Just one complain. The brush holder has a very very strong chemical smell.

      I bought this for the case, which is awesome to travel with! The brushes were an added bonus. While not the best quality you can ever find, I do use a few of them here and there. I can fit not only full size brushes in it (it holds MANY), but also eyeliners and mascara. Great when you're at a hotel or staying at someone's house and all you need is this beauty, a travel eyeshadow palette and the rest of your supplies in a baggy. This also displays all of your brushes etc, so you don't have to dig around for them, and then you can easily put them back away. Just what I needed!!!
