3. How long dose it take to have my orders shipped after the payment is made?

1. Processing time 1-2 business days normally: During this period, we do strict quality-control tests and get the items carefully packed.
2. Sometimes the item in your order is really a hot seller and it may be just sold out at that time. It will take us 1-2 more days to get it available in stock again. In this case, The processing time will be 3 business days.

4. What should I do if my items arrived damaged?

Rarely, rough handling by the courier can lead to physical damage to your goods, e.g. broken screen.

Once the courier company confirms that the case is valid, they will compensate tomtop.com, and we will pass on this compensation to you. In some cases you will need to pay to post the broken item back to tomtop.com in order for us to send out a new piece.
 

5. What should I do if my products go broken after a period of use?

    I began to use it as soon as I got the package. I have used it for a period. I think it is really necessary in summer. It will be much better for my laptop. It can release the heat of my laptop quite soon. And there is also a small drawer with it, more convenient although I seldom use it.

    Pros:About the only affordable 17 inch cooler, but don't let the price fool you. It it *very* silent, has a nice fresh design (not the standard black or alu-colour); and the 2 drawers are a nice use of the otherwise wasted space. Also the air flow is quite strong, giving an almost instant temperature drop, and finally the raised angle for your laptop does take some time getting used to, but it works really nice. Cons: None really, just a minor thing for the wishlist: it would have been nice if it carried a USB HUB, so that I wouldn't loose a port, but then again, that's not really a problem, as you can get USB HUBs almost everywere instantly. Bottomline: Good value for money, looks kinda nice, does really work, is very silent. 5 stars all the way.

    Pros: My laptop is 14''/HP. If the boot time is too long, it will be very hot. I had also bought a very simple cooling pad. But It has murmur when it works for a long time. This cooling pad works very well, it has no murmur, and also with a drawer, can carry little things, such as CDs, cables, memory cards, etc. So clever design! I also found a characteristic-5cm higher, It's very good for typing and viewing angle. Cons: I have no complaint at all。 Bottomline: It is really very good, if your laptop is needed a cooling pad. High quality and beautiful.
