This digital food thermometer provides instant and accurate read within 5-7 seconds. Perfect for measuring temperature of meat, beverage and so on. It helps you ensure the perfect doneness, knowing the food won' t be under cooked or burnt.

Wide Measuring Range: -58°F~572°F / -50°C~300°C, °C/°F switchable.
Temperature-Hold Function: before withdrawing the probe from food, press "HOLD" key, it will display the temperature reading until be pressed again.
LCD Screen: you can read the temperature easily.
Auto Shut Off: it will turn off automatically after 45 minutes if there are no buttons are pressed.
Portable: the probe is designed to store in the pen style shell, portable for outdoor use.
0°C Calibration Function

0°C Calibration Procedures:
1. It can only be calibrated in a slush ice solution(60% crushed ice and 40% tap water) or a water bath. Do not attempt to calibrate in any other manner.
2. Immerse the stem of the thermometer to at least half length in the slush ice solution.
3. Wait for the reading to become stable (usual +-2°F of 32°F / +-1°C of 0°C).
4. Press and hold the HOLD button for 8 seconds to begin calibration.
5. CAL will be displayed for 2 seconds and calibration at 32°F or 0°C is completed.
