Ideal DIY inductance capacitance meter kit for measuring inductance, capacitance and electrolytic. It has high accuracy and wide measurement.

How to Use:
1. Solder resistor and inductor.
2. Solder other components from small to large, please make sure the direction is right.
3. Access to external power supply and use multimeter to measure the voltage between pin 7 and pin 22. if the voltage is +5V, it means power supply works smoothly.
4. Unplug the power supply, insert ATMEGA8 and LCD1602, then access to power supply.
5. Adjust 10k resistor till the screen can clearly display values. Don't test any components before the display works normally.
