Okay here's the deal: this system is a bargain and performs like one. It does miss a signal here and there, so if your work depends on it, this is not the wireless system for you. I would say it misses once every 20 flashes or so. For beginner flash photographers like myself this is perfect and for the money the occasional missed flash is not a big deal to me. I have not tested the maximum consistent radio range but I've at least fired my flash from 30-40 ft easily and yes it will fire from behind walls and such for experimenting. I may upgrade someday but this doing fine for now.
