this is a universal micro-USB cable, it's maybe a little tight for the S7 edge when plugging in because of the special design of Samsung Galaxy s7 edge, but it don't affect the charging.

Disclaimer: I was sent this cable to test and review. I have no connection with the company that makes or sells them, or with Tomtop. This is my honest evaluation. If there was a problem with the cable, believe me, it would be written about here. I call 'em like I see 'em. The cable arrived well packed. It is very attractive. I know that sounds funny, but it is. It looks well made of good quality materials, and it is. It works and fits as it should. The magnetic connection snaps into place. No problem with charging or transferring data. The cable is strong enough to pull a car. Well maybe not quite that strong, but certainly strong enough to take any kind of user abuse. I can't imagine it failing due to lack of care. In conclusion, I highly recommend the cable from a cosmetic, quality and operation standpoint. It is a good as it looks.

If you've had your valuable Apple laptop saved from going on the floor after tripping over the charging cable, then you'll understand why this type of magnetic charging connector is a great idea. This adds that same 'magnetic' easy detach type connection to a regular USB Cable. Positive+ + Easy to attach and connects strongly with the magnetic catch. + Makes the cable reversible - no more fiddling to see if the Micro USB connector is the right way around. + good quality braided cable for durability. Could Improve: * they really should offer the option to buy more connectors, so you can put them permanently into a number of phones. --- If they did/do this then it's a 5-star product! - it can be a bit hard to get the small connector out of the device

Absolutely excellent. I bought this product as I saw this while browsing cables and I thought it would be a very good and convenient way of charging my phone. Upon unboxing them, the cable is very light but very strong and nicely braided. The magnetic strength is very good, couldn't be happier and its such a breeze to sit my phone on a dock and just put the cable near the charging port and for it to easily plug in. Such a good product, I even ordered another one. However, I would have liked to be given the ability to order the separate cable and the separate usb adapter and if possible, order a product which would allow you to connect a normal usb cable into an adapter that connects to the included adapter to allow me to use normal usb cables as well. The micro-USB end is magnetic and clips on/off onto the rest of the charger. This means you can leave the magnetic end in your phone/tablet and then when you go to charge it you just push the rest of the cable near it and it clips together very easily. This means you don't have to keep fiddling to find the charging port at night in the dark. Having the end of the charger kept in your device means it also protects dust/dirt form getting in the charging port area. The rest of the cable is made very well and overall it feels very nice quality. The cable is nylon braided so should be long lasting. An led indicator on the charger shows when it use charging, which is a nice feature. Overall I am really impressed with this cable and would definitely recommend it!

I have seen these and was very interested in getting one, but very hesitant to purchase one because not knowing how good they work. But I REALLLLLLY wanted one, so I took the plunge and am VERY glad I did. The Dodocool Magnetic Charger does just what it says! I can keep the charging port in my phone during the day and when I get home I can simply put it right next to the cord and VOILA! I've got a charge going! I especially like the strong magnetization as I can lie in bed and play on my phone while still charging my device. Even though the charge comes through the magnet connection, it still charges extremely fast and I can have the confidence that at a dead battery, my phone will be FULLY charged in under two hours. The construction is what I believe I like the best. It is VERY sturdy and WELL designed. I'm not concerned about the connection becoming loose and eventually not working. It is VERY STABLE and STRONG. I'm glad I gave this magnetic charging cable a chance. If you're looking for an alternative to the same ole' charging cords, give this one a chance. We HIGHLY recommend it and believe you will love it!

Brilliant cable, It was packaged well and the quality of the cable is very good, there is a blue LED on both sides of the adaptor so you know when it is connected and the device is charging. I have already ordered more tips for some more devices and will be ordering more cables.
