No good explanation. Best I can tell, virtually nothing about it matches the listing. It's not 12.0, it's not HD. You're better off spending more and getting something that isn't rubbish.

sorry 9 cannot answer about live streaming. i have only used this camera as video for SKYPE around the world and i have been told the resolution is excellent to receiving party. i can move around and the camera follows but that is all i can offer from experience

It's plug and play, so you really don't need one.

It is a standard plug and play 640x480 camera. It has no other ability, no software, no documentation.

I just trashed one of these because you can only adjust the lenses about twenty or so times before the housing undoes it's self and you can't adjust the lenses at all, but every time one of my cams goes belly up, I don't have the money to purchase something better. So beware if you buy this product that it will ultimately happen, you'll know when it's about to happen because the unit goes out of focus and gets blurry all on it's own. I would purchase something from Logitech if you can afford it, I've had my best experiences with those products. This one however does not have a zoom, no matter what it says. see less

Well, I am not sure even if you can get an answer from docooler it will be the right one. Mine is working fine through adobe internet meeting software. See if they support twain drivers perhaps.
