3. How long dose it take to have my orders shipped after the payment is made?

4. What should I do if my items arrived damaged?

Rarely, rough handling by the courier can lead to physical damage to your goods, e.g. broken screen.
If this has happened, please follow these steps:
If possible, raise a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company before you sign for the goods. They will advise you on the complaint procedure.
If you already signed for the packet, take photos showing the damage and contact the local office of the courier/delivery company to complain. They will have a complaining procedure which will enable you to get compensation.
Next, contact TOMTOP immediately with your order number and a full description / pictures of the broken item issue. We will contact the courier company from our end.
Once the courier company confirms that the case is valid, they will compensate TOMTOP, and we will pass on this compensation to you. The compensation varies from case to case and is different for each delivery company. In some cases you will need to pay to post the broken item back to TOMTOP in order for us to send out a new piece.
 

5. What should I do if my products go broken after a period of use?

If you encounter quality issues within the warranty period, you can ask for us. Every product has a specific warranty period(If it is not stated in the product listing, contact us).

The photos or video of the defective item(s)

    Really a great addition to any DSLR videographers and filmmakers. Worked with the GH4 out of the box. Helps grabbing focus, helps with exposure (false color is pretty decent on this!). I'd consider buying more if need be, and FOR SURE buy any larger, better monitors that Aputure puts out. They don't goof around!

    The on set problem with the VS-2 hiding shadow detail is fixed with adjustments. VS-2 firmware version 2.1: brightness 51, contrast 48, saturation 65, red 185, green 185, blue 185. Further tuning may deliver a better match with the GH4 display, but these provide a more than good enough match for our use.

    Received my VS-2 the other day. Great resolution and works seamlessly with my GH4. One thing you should realize is that it does not come w/ a 90 degree elbow micro to standard HDMI cable for anyone interested I using it with a gimbal. Overall a great product and happy with the purchase!

    This monitor performs wonderfully at its price point. Lightweight crisp image, focus peaking works wonderfully & great to have audio meters for my A6300. The one downside is it is extremely difficult to get it to match my cameras lcd. I wish the manufacturer would release some better info on how to do this.

    Works great when it is right nest to the camera but if you try to pull focus from 20 or 30 feet away or through a wall you will run into issues. It is also glichy with some lenses.

    I was happy to get the new high resolution VS-2 Fine HD in order to more easily focus my GH4. Even with the wide angle 7-14 the larger high resolution display enables great focus without the need to zoom in. The only downsides: a) the supplied battery (Sony equiv NP550/570) does not seem to power the monitor very long. Don't have exact numbers but my GH4 can run easily more than an hour on a single charge and the monitor cannot. Will be getting a larger capacity battery. b) The supplied magic arm for mounting is just not stiff enough when tightened to hold the monitor steady while pressing the buttoms. I replaced it with a flex microphone holder and 5/8 to 1/4 adaptors and a clamp to the tripod. However I still think the monitor is a great value for its size and resolution.
