Pros:It is a great innovation,low power consumption,can be powered by usb/batteries or via a power adapter,powerful device,great performance,low price,sturdy structure,portable,by adding fragrance to water in which sponge is dipped you can use this device to spread the good smell around,the fan speed is adjustable,the direction of the wind blast can be controlled using the rotatory turbine,multifunctional:acts as a coolant as well as a humidifier,comes with a adjustable cushion pad for comfort while strapping it to your palm,the Mini Air Conditioner Fan comes complete with a Sponge,60ml Water Bottle,USB Cable and a User Manual so once you pay for this you dont have to buy anything else. Cons:You have to buy the batteries in case you choose to use batteries as the power source. Bottomline: Great buy,Great utility to have,Anyone who works in hot working conditions for long hours would love to have it
