User tips:
1. Wet the conductive gasket with water or conductive gel to make the heart rate chest belt cling to skin.
2. Strap the heart rate chest belt across your chest. To ensure an accurate heart rate signal, adjust the strap untill the belt fits snugly below your (chest) pectoral muscles.
3. Attach the transmitter to the strap marked "L" towards left.
4. It is normal in dry and cold environment that the heart rate belt takes few minutes before working. After a few minutes of exercise, the working of the belt will be improved for it needs few sweat to strengthen the contact with skin.
5. Please ensure that the conductive gasket is near your heart and avoid thick chest hair.
